Questions
- Do I need a card for the trial?
- No. The 14-day Plus trial starts without any payment details, so nothing can be charged when it ends.
- How do I cancel?
- In your account settings, with one click. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.
- How does the student price work?
- Sign up with your school email address and the Student plan unlocks. It renews once a year while you study.
- Who handles payments?
- Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles VAT and invoices.
- Is Hetki open yet?
- Not yet. Join the waitlist and we will email you once when it is.
